I explained that I was going out of state and to check tires, breaks and other little things for I could have a safe trip. My car did not get the service I asked for. This company very well took my money!! And thanks to Big O Tires.. good price and great service. They took their time to stop and listen to my complaint. Never again will I visit Powell tires.
I went to Roswell this past weekend on my rv. The fuel pump gave out. ... read more I went to Roswell this past weekend on my rv. The fuel pump gave out. I had it towed her for over 200 dollars. The first guy I spoke to said they wouldn't be able to do it because he was one week behind on work. Eventually, 2 other guys came out and did the work on it. Took 2 hours. I ordered parts from napa and napa delivered them. Me and my 2 kids both under age 2 and my husband waited while they did the work that amounted to 2 hours. THey charged us for 3 hours of labor when it only took 2. Normally I would have mentioned this but because they squeezed us in I was grateful.
