This car wash can be pretty aggressive and damage your vehicle...I know first hand. Don't bother reporting it to the manager or trying to make a claim with their insurance company, they have no responsibility to any car owner and they will tell you so. Even if you get out of your car and use binoculars to read the sign posted high on the building, they will tell you point blank it's not their problem! Excuses they have, customer service credibility, they don't. Shame on Chevron for backing a business managed like this one.
