OK let's start off by saying if your looking to get a Harley and you k... read more OK let's start off by saying if your looking to get a Harley and you know nothing about motorcycles, this is the place for you because Lenny and his crew love to deal with people that yes them to death and say ok to everything. As for the service you get, DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND. they do not stand behind that if you are facing a serious issue. They will not go outside the box to fix a problem because they will not get paid by the MoCo. Do yourself a favor and shop other Harley dealership before committing to MMHD of Great Neck. Don't settle with this dealer because the service department closer to your house, any dealer will service your bike. Now if you needs parts I would definitely go there cause there parts guys are straight up guys, there's no games and lies when ordering parts. My conclusion 1 to 5 stars 5 being the best
