Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.
Originally told 4 weeks to repair my car and now im coming up on the 8... read more Originally told 4 weeks to repair my car and now im coming up on the 8 week of work. they claim to have missed several pieces that needed to be fixed at the first inspection, showing they do not put a lot of work into it. The car failed the inspection even after taking double the time. Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.
