I have been using Sierra Auto for over 15 years. The tech (Johnny Jr.) is a ASE master tech. Really knows his stuff. They were always able to work out pricing from day one. They also stand behind their work. I would recommend them any day.

We broke down on I-684 and had no choice about getting our fuel pump replaced here. The good - They were able to get to our car the next day (Saturday) and get it done and they gave our family of 4 a ride to a hotel. The bad - They are *very* expensive. While the parts and labor charges were clear and technically correct, they were at the very top of the high end of the range for everything. They were as expensive (or more) than going to a dealer! I had asked if they could cut us a bit of a break, given their high prices and our financial situation (We are not well off, as evidenced by our 11 year old car). But they would not even consider giving us even a dime of discount.

“After a tree fell on the back of my 2003 CIVIC due to snow storm of Oct 29, 2011, Overseas did an outstanding job repairing it - new trunk lid, body work on frame around rear window, new rear glass, paint absolutely matching original paint on the undamaged surfaces, details perfect. I paid my comprehensive deductible, and State Farm was apparently good with paying the approx 80% balance, since they had approved Overseas to begin with. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because the estimated time to repair was off by a week.”

Horrible worksmanship. Painted quarterpanels without permission and the paint started to bubble and crack within a week. I could have done the same job they did if I bought a can a spray paint and painted it in my garage. I will now be paying out of pocket to get this fixed at a real body shop!
