I have been using Sierra Auto for over 15 years. The tech (Johnny Jr.) is a ASE master tech. Really knows his stuff. They were always able to work out pricing from day one. They also stand behind their work. I would recommend them any day.

Stay away, Stay away, Stay away. Came to my business and put a tube in my crane tire. One day later..............flat. Came back....said tube was pinched.........one day later.........flat. Went to put air in the tire, valve stem gone. Called him. Rude, told me tires were crap, not his fault. Called another tire dealer..........great people......came the next day. He installed the wrong size tube, with the wrong air valve. Tube was not a HD tube, but a cheap tractor tube. When installing the tube, did not use a rim pad to protect the tube from pinching. Beware of this guy.

I needed an wheel alignment on my 2000 Ford Ranger and called many places which told me I would have to wait over a week or two for them to perform the work. I called up Gene's Tire located in Accord NY on a Friday morning and they set up with an appointment the next day as soon as they opened.They crew working gave me a very nice welcome and performed the wheel alignment within an half hour or less. They were very polite and also very honest which is hard to find from a mechanic shop these day, not to mention they were a little cheaper than the rest and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend anyone who is have issues with their vehicles in this local area to go to Gene's Tire for a perfect service! Thank you Gene, I will be back if I have any issue with my truck. Scott is a fantastic auto mechanic! So thankful i found this shop. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I am forever a THE GARAGE customer and tell all my friends and family.
