Collision repair service near Spring Valley, NY

Went to the shop to get some work done after an unfortunate rear-end collision. I guess you could say the only thing fortunate was that I got to meet the staff of Larry's Auto Collision. They made me feel like family, help me with the Ins. Co. & car rental and got me back in my car ASAP and got it looking showroom new.

I have been using Parkway for over 5 years, and have found them to be the most honest and reliable service center that I have ever used. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago. A car just rear ended me and I ended up going through the other person's insurance. I was recommended to go to Joe's Auto Body in East Orange by their insurance company, as it was very close to where I live. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Glen and his staff, from Joe's Auto Body. Everyone was so nice and very welcoming. As soon as I dropped off my car, they had a person from enterprise pick me up. My car was in the shop for a total of two days. Every day I would receive an email with a picture of my car and what they were doing at that time. I thought this was awesome, and honestly, I never heard of any other shop doing this. My car was a mess, I dropped it off the morning I got back from New Hampshire, I was rather embarrassed about how messy it was. I was shocked the day I picked it up from Joe's. It had been completely detailed and cleaned. It must have taken them a good couple of hours to just clean and wash everything. I recommend Joe's Auto Body to everyone!! I will certainly be going back for any maintenance I need done in the future!

This place is the worse I've ever been to. The owner dudley tries to fast talk you and justify the garbage work performed. The fenders they put on was incorrect and rubbing against the tires causing me to buy more tires. They also didnt straighten out the fram correctly causing the entire car to shake and rattle.. The car sounds ten times worse than it ever did. Please no one should ever go there.

Excellent work!! Very professional and doesn't charge an arm and leg like other mechanics.. My car was in a feder bender and richie fixed it and made it seem like I was never involved in a accident... Definitely will go back there whenever my car needs body work done!! Very convenient location in Long Island city.. 5 stars excellent!!!
