I recently had an accident during a holiday weekend and shop owner John Pace went out of his way when I contacted his emergency number. Had my vehicle towed to shop dealt directly with my insurance company and had be back in my vehicle as if nothing ever happened within a few days. I went in for a flat tire and these guys were great. they fit me in right before they closed and couldn't be nicer. I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. The guys in Middle Village is still thinking about it and the guy in LIC is looking for used transmissions. Mille told me to bring it down and Eka agreed with me that the valve body was defective. VW dealer said $ 3200 and the tranny guys wanted $ 2700 for a used (49K) transmission? At Adria Motors, they treat you as family and take car of your car as if it were their own car. Excellent work!! Very professional and doesn't charge an arm and leg like other mechanics.. My car was in a feder bender and richie fixed it and made it seem like I was never involved in a accident... Definitely will go back there whenever my car needs body work done!!
