They lied!! They charged me $200 to look at two simple concerns with the promise that IF they found the problem they would put the evaluation fee towards the repair. Another lie! Typical bait and switch move. Promise from three different employees. Well guess what? They couldn’t find anything wrong. So now I still have the issues with $200 less taken by this garage. I emailed them twice showing them the video clearly stating that the evaluation was promised as a complimentary inspection. They ghosted me and refuse to refund my money and refused to honor the video!! I wonder if they’ll take it down after this is submitted. I want a refund and I want the promise in the video by the president to be honored!!

These guys are great, honest and they know what they're doing, they ev... read more These guys are great, honest and they know what they're doing, they even sent me a digital inspection of my car with pictures and explanations of what I was hearing. They are definitely going to be one of the bigger shops around here soon.
