Had an issue with a seat in my truck that needed someone who knew Nissan so I brought my truck over to Scotty and his team in Waynesville. The moment I walked in I was greeted by Scotty and explained my situation. He was upfront with what to expect and was spot on with what I was quoted. The technician that performed the work postponed his lunch to get my truck done. The courtesy Driver Robert was polite and professional. I can’t say enough nice things about my experience. Definitely made a fantastic first impression. Foriegn X has a customer for life. Highly Highly recommend!
Absolutely avoid this place. They quoted a job-- not sight unseen, we... read more Absolutely avoid this place. They quoted a job-- not sight unseen, we took a representative unit to them so they could see it, we gave them our paint specs, and we asked, several times, if they were confidant in their quote. They said "Yes, bring it to us". So,we did,on December 21st. We checked in with them over then next week, and they said all was fine. We got a call from them on the 28th telling us, "We're not painting it. It's too much work." They wasted 10 days of our time, causing us major problems in our scheduling for our customers. Totally unprofessional. They do not live up to their word.
