I stopped by with slow leak nail in tire. They were extremely busy near end of day and they still found time to fix tire and send me on my way. This has been our and our daughters go to garage for years. They are always so friendly and their prices are very hard to match anywhere I have been in my many years of car repair bills. I trust their honesty in what needs done and what can wait and that is a big relief because too many garages try to fix things that do not really need to be done just to make a buck. I will be dropping off our van for inspection very soon.

Good team of mechanics for general repairs on passenger vehicles. I've been using their services for 10+ years and never had a reason to go anywhere else. Their diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are top-notch. Grove Motors is a fantastic place to get good mechanical work done on your car no matter what kind you have. They are always friendly and their service is great! If you ever get into a conversation with Harry, he has great stories! Anyway, this place has always been very good to me, and Dave takes great care for his emloyees and his customers!The work is always reliable and the quality is great! I find that this palce is run with character such as integity, honesty and forthrightness. These qualities are becoming more rare these days and it is a treasure to find these qualities at a garage. Dave always takes the time to show me and tell me what is wrong with my car so that I am a little better educated. He also tries hard to work around my work schedule in order for me to miss as little work as possible. I really appreciate that! I would recommend this place to everyone. I used to work in Middletown for years but now I do not but I still bring my car into Grove Motors for any and all work. And now I hear they are a AAA facility!

Ben, Josh and Nate at Meineke at West York go out of their way to help and take care of their customers. I have been bringing my cars there for the last two years. I have three old cars with lots of problems and frequently one of the cars was in the shop for repairs. They did high quality work. They provided free loaner cars while my cars were being repaired. Above all they care about their customers, have served our country, and are very involved in the local community by sponsoring organizations like the Chidrens Miracle Network. Earlier this year I was on my way to attend my daughter's college graduation in Harrisburg. On the way our van with nine people in it broke down on Rt. 83. I called Meineke. They immediately arranged for a tow, came and picked all of us up and soon we were on our way to the graduation in the loaner cars they provided for us. We were able to make it to the graduation on time. This is just one of many instances where they have gone above and beyond to help me. They are honest, reliable, provide excellent service and above all care about you the customer. I have used many different auto repair shops in my lifetime, but none have come close to the service I have received from them. If you are looking for an honest, reliable auto service center, then I highly recommend Meineke at West York. Bring your car to Ben, Josh and Nate with confidence.

Absolute horrible service! Overpriced and they do not stand behind their work. Patched problem, lasted two days. Went back in and they were going to charge us to fix their own work. Not to mention, they gave us a quote to fix the problem and didn't even include the labor. This store should be shut down!

My experiences with Hippensteel Auto is 100% satisfied! The noise in my engine was immediately addressed and fixed the dsy it happened. They had me park the car, picked it up and took it to the station. I received a call at the end of the day that the part had been replaced and the car was ready for pick up!
