I must say that the folks at Meiser's go above and beyond in the areas... read more I must say that the folks at Meiser's go above and beyond in the areas of customer service, and quality work. We came to The Reading/Topton area of Eastern Pennsylvania to visit family in the nursing home in Topton. We needed to get a family car inspected, but only had Friday to do this (we live in Ohio, and needed to return on Sunday). During the inspection, it was discovered that the car had a bad shock absorber. We were in a bind, as the area dealership could not get the car in on Friday afternoon to fix the issue. I called Meiser's to see if they could get the shocks in, and install them on the car. They called to make sure they could get the parts, and were able to get the car in to install them on Friday afternoon. One of the employees even loaned us a car so we could visit with family at the nursing home while our car was being worked on. This was MORE than over and above the call of duty, and gave us additional time with family that we would have missed out on but for her kindness. We would recommend Meiser's to anyone looking for quality auto work, and excellent customer service!
I have been going to McCarty's for a few years now. I have never had a... read more I have been going to McCarty's for a few years now. I have never had anything to complain about. He's a great guy and won't over charge you. From inspections to basic oil changes, I will continue to take my cars to McCarty's. With me being a single woman, I know I can trust him. He never tried to charge me for stuff my car didn't need or talk to to me like I was a moron. He always calls me and tells me what my car needs before he does anything to it. So, in closing, I rate McCarty's a 5 star.

All was Good until I got home and saw that my drivers side door handle was broken. I called them back and they told me stuff breaks there's nothing they would do for me. BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND!! STAY AWAY!
