I have to say this place is great. Hank takes great care of all of our family cars. He does not try to sell you services you don't really need like the dealer and big chains. He is all about getting your car fixed for the right price.

No communication with customer. All contact must be done by the customer. Do not explain what fails or what caused the problem. Perform unauthorized repairs. Charge top dollar. Abuse customer vehicles. Return vehicles with damaged parts. Then want to do free work on the vehicle that you do not need. I would not have them put air in my tires.

Was afraid I was going to need a new radiator, however I just needed a new cap and afew hoses tightened or replaced. We have taken a few cars to Razzi's over the years and they have always been honest and resonable? If you are grtting repairs done at your mechanics then they are probably sending the work out and Razzi's are doing the work. Might as well skip the middle man and sav e money.
