Owner/manager does not answer emails, phone calls, voicemails, does not communicate, does not plan or order parts in a timely fashion. He shifts blame to insurance providers, part suppliers. Blamed September's GM Strike for part he didn't order IN JULY! He wants payment up front & then you're stuck! Had my vehicle 14 weeks and still unfinished. Avoid this shop! Wish I could leave zero stars

This company gouges for towing. Complaint has been filed with attorney... read more This company gouges for towing. Complaint has been filed with attorney general. I would suggest not using this company for anything. they charged $875.00 over the industry standard for towing 192 miles.
