Went out of their way to help us by providing roadside assistance and trying to get us on our way. They even let us hookup to water and power and stay in the RV at their shop while they made the repairs (and fed us supper). After we were on the road and had more mechanical breakdowns, they coached us via phone until we made it to our destination. I highly recommend this family owned business. They took a true interest in our safety and travel plans. Thank you so much to all the staff at Vickers!!

First of all, they did honor the original price they had quoted on the awnings. Secondly, I had an issue 3 day later with some of the electrical work they had done on the motorhome and when I called them they came out immediately and took care of the problem at no additional charge. I am convinced that they are very honest people and there was just a miscommunication between to many people on the awning issue above. As I stated, they did honor the price originally quoted.

They carry a laptop with them to look up issues. You are billed for the time it takes for them to look up and learn what they are doing. I was quoted a price for awnings and told them to do it. They tried to charge nearly $500 more when it was done. Evidently they had never installed these slideout awnings before and it took them about 10 hours to do it. Their wives were her and talked about it being a good learning time for them and they would know how to do it next time. I spent right at $3500 with them and that got me 3 new slide out awnings, my leveling jacks greased, a battery watering devise installed and another $300 in parts that did not fix anything. They are very friendly and tell you "it wont cost much" when you are asking about repairs.
