They really treat you like family!!! Fair and honest. Went out of t... read more They really treat you like family!!! Fair and honest. Went out of their way to help us by providing roadside assistance and trying to get us on our way. They even let us hookup to water and power and stay in the RV at their shop while they made the repairs (and fed us supper). After we were on the road and had more mechanical breakdowns, they coached us via phone until we made it to our destination. I highly recommend this family owned business. They took a true interest in our safety and travel plans. Thank you so much to all the staff at Vickers!!
After posting the first review about Smoky Mountain Mobile RV repair, ... read more After posting the first review about Smoky Mountain Mobile RV repair, I feel it is only right to post a follow up. First of all, they did honor the original price they had quoted on the awnings. Secondly, I had an issue 3 day later with some of the electrical work they had done on the motorhome and when I called them they came out immediately and took care of the problem at no additional charge. I am convinced that they are very honest people and there was just a miscommunication between to many people on the awning issue above. As I stated, they did honor the price originally quoted.
