I use the shop on Nolensville Rd. Ritchie and David are excellent mechanics. Very knowledgeable, courteous but most of all fair.
Well car was supposed to be done last week. It's Tuesday the following... read more Well car was supposed to be done last week. It's Tuesday the following week and still not done. Apparently did not even start on it until 5 days after the parts where in! They won't even pick up the phone, so mystery time and day to when I actually get my car back. Also tried to charge me over three times what I could get the parts for. So basically had to order my own parts, drop them off, so they could get it done two weeks later. It's been one headache after another. Finally get a hold of them and they are mad at me for checking on it. They are also saying they have no idea when its going to be done. Seriously? Save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

They are very friendly and hospitable. I had hit a deer with my truck (Silverado) and was expecting to spend alot more than the estimate that was coming out of my pocket with just basic insurance coverage. They made the truck look show room new again and its a 2002. I was expecting the repairs to take about two weeks, but they had it done in two days and looking great again. They are excellent at their work. The wife like the job they done, that she decided to get her windshield replaced this coming weekend. They also gave her a good price on it from what she was quoted from another shop a few months earlier. Overall they are a Down Home small city great place to do business with and will have my business when ever needed in the future along with anybody that needs a recommendation of a good shop, they will always get a thumbs up and a 5 star rating.
