Owner of the shop was arguing with a customer at time I arrived. Hot tempered and short on customer service skills. Not a great first impression. I expected my car to be diagnosed the same day. No communication. A day and half later I get a call saying they can’t figure it out and need to charge me more. Bob the owner couldn’t clearly tell me what they have done so far. Week and half later my frustration grew. Nothing was done and it costed me nearly $300 just to get my car back. Poor and incompetent service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.
I have been to this shop several times with two different vehicles. A ... read more I have been to this shop several times with two different vehicles. A 99 Nissan Pathfinder and a 92 Ford F150. The employees here are professional and always happy to explain anything you need them to. They have always been upfront about cost, and they are won't try to force you into work you don't need. People who are worried that they will get up sold on something they do not need should have no fear with this place. They do their best to get the work done quickly as not to leave you without your vehicle long. Obviously this varies based on what you are having done, but like the issue with price, they will let you know ahead of time so that you can plan accordingly. The longest I went was one week, but I was having a laundry list of stuff done to the F150. It is a family truck that sat for years without use. If issues arise during your cars stay they will inform you promptly. I have never left this place unsatisfied, and have made it a point to refer friends, family, and co-workers when they are having car troubles. Jordan M. Knoxville, TN

Came their after was told I needed a complete transmission from another shop up the road. So I was already hesitant on what shops can do. So I met the owner James there on a Monday morning and he had is mechanics look at it. Sure enough Joe found a pressure sensor bad on my car. So James recommended to change it out with a new one. So I told James to go ahead, within the hour my car was fixed and ready to go. They changed out the fluid and serviced the transmission and its been running good since. I will give them A+ IN SATISFACTION AND WILL RETURN IN THE FUTURE. Thanks, Mary Margaret
