The son Josh doesn't run a "normal" business. 0 stars for RELIABILITY and INTEGRITY. They fixed my slide and it went out during the first trip. I called and brought it back. They had the audacity to charge me for parts. It gets worse. Cathy who runs the desk said Josh was doing the work himself. I called when it was supposed to be ready and she said their working on it but Josh had to deliver a unit so it's late. I postponed my trip and finally got it back and it promptly went out again the second time I tried to bring it in. I called Cathy and explained what I was seeing wrong with installation. She said "well we don't know that's the case". I said look I know what missing screws look like and the track is loose. She said "how do we know that's the issue since you admitted it took you 2 days in a campground to get it to release and able to push in. In other words, she was calling me a liar. But the thing that stands out in my mind is her saying "I have to protect my owner"! I never got a call from anyone about this and I'll have to pay another company to fix what I paid Anything Rv to repair twice. Horrible work but worse to have to deal with their well practiced run around.

Took it back without even getting to use it and now he's saying it's a whole different problem and of course wants more money to fix again. Horrible service..

I really did not want to haul my boat all the way back to H town, run around Houston picking it up from a shop to do the yearly check, preventative maintenance, and wanted to change my impeller, along with hearing of a recall Mercury had on this motor and needed to be checked out, so I called Leader Marine since they were close to where I stored my boat in Sargent and they were certified Mercury Mechanics. I called and dealt with Chuck who was a straight guy and let me know if I could drop off the boat but they were in the process of moving shops to Surf Side within a few weeks and I'd may have to pick it up there. Which was OK. I just picked up my boat from Leader Marine's new shop in Surf Side. Their new shop is really nice. All concrete, nice office. Spoke with the owner, Glen, and Chuck, it was all yes sir this and no sir that and so forth. Chuck showed and explained all the work he had done. This is the first time I have had my 13 115 Mercury Optimax in the shop (bought it new) and Leader is keeping records of all diagnostics, and work for me on the motor. They will be my mechanics for this motor unless I stop storing my moat on Texas' Mid Coast because of the professional and helpful attitude they gave me in their customer service.
