Saw the ad for Wrench while googling the model and "Battery", usually I don't click on ads but within the text of the ad was exactly what I needed: A turnkey Battery changing service that was mobile. They showed up the next day, fixed it in 20 minutes (the trunk that houses the battery wouldn't open, and the mechanic was able to charge the car, then get it open, which seems like a complication but he BREEZED through it) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The manager doesn't do anything about it, but their website advises they treat the customers like Royalty. I recently took my vehicle here and my property was stolen. I guess that is the type of Royalty treatment you get. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services especially if you're not in the vehicle at all times.
They are very quick with the service...no waiting in any line. With th... read more They are very quick with the service...no waiting in any line. With that said...the work performed was not good. They did not vacuum the inside very well and none of the interior was shined up, some of the area around my shifter and emergency break were still dirty. The windows looked like they were wiped down with a not-so-clean rag. And the outside of my car could have been wiped down better. It was not worth the $24.99 I paid!
