I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic. It was cleared up and all is good. Attitude, courtesy, responsiveness, listening skills, mechanical understanding ... all top notch. Next time we're here and need auto work - I'll go to them first. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.
