sent a customers mini cooper there to have timing chain and tensioner ... read more sent a customers mini cooper there to have timing chain and tensioner put on, said car was ready, customer picked after I paid $600.00 in labor to do the work. Car ran worse then it did before plus now has a warning lite on. Customer took car back and Jack said there was nothing he could do so we sent car to Blueridge Motor works in Kingsport and they redid the work after another $600.00 and it is fixed correctly. Asked Jack for a refund on the work he messed up and will not refund so he just lost a dealers business that spends $1000.00s of money on cars....SAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS TODAY....BEWARE
