I lost my mind when I found that some idiot had opened his car door into the rear fender well of my brand new 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. I did some research and found perfect paintless dent removal in my area and read the reviews. Although I am a total skeptic, I am a true believer now! The Chang's set up an appointment and came to my house. After assessing the damage, I accepted the price and he went right to work on the car. This is a total professional, with skills that have to be seen to believe. It is not cheap, but it is far less than a body shop and you do not lose your car for a week. There are no words for the level of professionalism quality work that was performed. I would recommend them to anyone... Thank you for giving me back my car and peace of mind.
Having found someone had very kindly allowed their shopping cart to sm... read more Having found someone had very kindly allowed their shopping cart to smash into my car - of course without leaving a note - I found Chang on the Internet. Quite simply, he is a magician! The 2" dent and 3 parallel gouges in the clearcoat have gone as though they were never even there. It is amazing. It isn't cheap but I know that the paintshop would have done nowhere near as good a job as Chang. Did I say it was amazing?!
