The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. The price they estimated seemed reasonable and they did the work for me. The final bill was over half less than the dealership quoted. The next day Daniel diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly (radiator). He communicated effectively and enthusiastically. We were able to leave Seattle on schedule.

I was referred by another very well respected automotive mechanic shop in the area when my original choice wasn't able to fit me in. I was looking at a used car for our daughter and had Dodds do the checkup. Not only were they able to fit me in with my very narrow time constraint, they did a detailed inspection and had it done within the hour. They walked me through what they'd found on the phone (I was in Seattle) and gave me a very honest opinion and realistic quote for the work that would be needed. In addition to all of the above, they refused to charge me anything for their work! I really couldn't believe it. Though we decided against that particular vehicle, I will definitely keep Dodds in my phone as a "go-to" shop for the Tacoma area and would recommend them without reservation. A great find.
