I have used this local business, car wash, oil change, even bought a s... read more I have used this local business, car wash, oil change, even bought a set of tires there, for more than 7 years. My wife and her family have used their service since they have been open. Recently I had new wheels & tires delivered from Tire Rack. Imwaxed the wheels before installing them. Easier to do off the car. They were immaculate. I take my car through the car wash, pay for the most expensive package, like my wife and I usually do. The rail, on the way in scratches my new wheel. The owner claims it wasn't his wash, must have been there since they mounted the tires. IT WASN'T, I figure being a long time customer he will surely take care of it. Very important here, I wasn't asking him to replace the wheel, that had less than 1000miles on it, I was hoping he would have a service "touch it up". If he would have listened to me today, instead of telling me he is going to suit me for liable, if I write a review, he would have heard me say, a few washes would make me happy!
