They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. I have lived all over the country and I wish there were more Mike Vinson Automotive locations for my friends and family to appreciate.
I was referred to Jeff by a stranger who fixed my flat tire about 2 mo... read more I was referred to Jeff by a stranger who fixed my flat tire about 2 months ago. I visited the business yesterday and Jeff was very honest, open with the evaluation. He invited me to look under the car to see what was wrong with the tires and he corrected the problem without any charge because it was due to loose nuts in the tie rods. He double checked all the tires to ensure they were on tight and sent me on my way. I feel because I am a female, sometimes, I have been taken for a ride and sold a bill of goods. However, in this case, I had experienced an honest mechanic and that is rare in my experience with mechanics. I give him a high rating for excellent service and I respect the man who recommended him although I have never seen him again. Jeff gets my business from now on!

They went over it and recommended some maintenance which I loved because I hunt a lot and do not want to get stranded. Very honest and dependable. Brian Riccolo
