You said you where the best.my car was there almost 2 weeks.the next day the light came back on and it cost me over a thousand dollars. Then you wanted it back to try again, nope. Should have been right the first time for the amount of money and time it cost me.will never go back there and will not recommend you to anyone.between you and fire stone it has cost me 2,300 dollars and my car is still not right.I feel you are both thieves and take advantage of people. I am absolutely and pleasantly surprised by the high level of integrit... read more I am absolutely and pleasantly surprised by the high level of integrity of the owner and staff at Friendly auto. I took my truck in for an alternator problem and initially was diagnosed as needing replacement. When the new alternator still didn't charge the battery it was discovered that a fuse had blown. To check if my original alternator was damaged required re-installation of the old alternator and it was then found to be functional and the fuse replacement was all it needed. so instead of a new alternator I was charged for fuses and basic diagnostic labor when they already had my permission to replace the alternator. anywhere else would have charged me for the alternator and the fuses Instead of the reason I received " We don't work like that , that's not how we make our money " I will definitely be back when next I need Automotive service.
