I was told at installation of the product that it was quality OEM leve... read more I was told at installation of the product that it was quality OEM level glass and that it was under warranty for one year. I SPECIFICALLY asked as to the warranty and glass type, and was told it was American Made OEM quality with a warranty of 1-year. Four months after installation, all it took was a small peeble to make the glass crack and splinter. I have driven this same type of vehicle for decades and the OEM glass does not crack when hit by peebles EVER, it took a large rock to break the glass that was replaced and even then it was only a small crack. This is NOT quality glass, that was a lie. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they acted like they had no idea what that was. They then said maybe they could fill it FOR A FEE (warranty??), but they wouldn't come out for 4 days. I advised that the car cannot be driven with crack in location it is, and they installed the un-quality glass and lied to me about it, so they should make it a priority to fix it and maintain customer service. They refused to make any effort to fix their error in lying about the quality of the glass or the supposed warranty. Liars - Avoid them. BTW - This is not a professional company like they try to advertise. It is two guys working out of their house in Mesa. If you try to get anywhere, it is useless other than to file with the BBB, because it is just them and they can lie to you all they want and no one to check them.

I took my car to Classic Automotive to have the AC fixed. I payed $1000 to have it fix. As soon as I picked up my car I knew the AC was not acceptable. I returned to have them fix it but instead he wanted to charge me $70 to change the AC filter! I was mad and refuse, the filter should have be part of the job! Then months later I returned because still the AC was not cold! This time the clutch was bad in the compressor! Now that it is getting HOT again the AC struggles to cool the car! I took it back and now of course he wants another $320 to fix the hoes! Why is is the filter and hoes are not part of a complete AC rebuild! BUYER BEWARE! The owner Joe is not honest! He does not care about customers! He got a $1000 and I still do not have an AC that run right!
