Review letter Written by Kimberly Walker, Iam writing this letter to t... read more Review letter Written by Kimberly Walker, Iam writing this letter to tell you how pleased I was with my experience at your tire shop. On our way to the Grand Canyon Friday, May 18th, my daughter and I had a major blow out on our tire. When your tow truck driver arrived, his first question was to make sure we were okay. He then directed us to an area of safety while he winched the car onto the tow truck. During the ride into Wiliams, your driver was polite and shared a good sense of humor, as well as asking questions about where we were headed. When he pulled up into the tire shop yard, he assisted my self and my daughter out of the truck so we didn't lose our balance. Each person we spoke to while we were there was polite, nice, courteous, and helpful. Each person treated us like we were visiting family they hadn't seen in several years. Had it not been for the lack of southern accents, I would have assumed I was back in my hometown in KY. The mechanic was helpful and knowledgeable and explained that I needed not just one new tire, but because of the condition of my other tires that If needed 4 new tires, to make sure we would be safe on the road. In addition, because my daughter is from Flagstaff and I am from Kingman, we were given the "local's"discount, which saved us quite a bit of money. Even though the blowout was scary and frightening, from the moment the tow truck driver arreved until we left (with directions), we were treated with kindness and courtesy and respect. This turned our "oh no!" into a wonderful start to our vacation! I cannot say how much we appreciated your assistance in this matter and I have shared my story with my friends and family. In the future, if we are in Williams, we will stop in to use your convenience store! I am also including a copy of this letter to both the Williams Chamber of Commerce and to AAA Roadside assistance.
