Went to Macy for a transmission overhaul. Went back several times afte... read more Went to Macy for a transmission overhaul. Went back several times after for poor shifting and was told no problem. Reverse went out and was told 2 weeks to check it out. $ major back surgeries and was still put off where I had to push it backward. Long story short never fixed problem that caused low/reverse band to snap. Got BAR involved and Macy was cited for numerous violations including NO receipts for any parts put into my trans. BAR recommended refund and Macy ( JR ) said NO. Taking them to court next. If you had work done there chances are there are no parts receipts for what they put in your car either. Dishonest company.

I was there getting some paint (martin Senour Automotive Paint) and in the back they were rebuilding a motor. Wow! And they were so busy as if the whole town goes there. I didnt know what parts I needed so the lady, yes a woman (U go girl) went out and took a look. They had it all in stock. Then I was getting paint (Chuck) went out and got the color code and made me my paint right there. He even told me places i could go to get it all done at. NOW this is service! 10 Stars for this place. Thank you Thank you. Oh yes and the shop was great the paint matched perfectly =)
