I got my latest set of new (Michelin Defender) tires today along with alignment on my 2013 Prius. The car noise levels, steering, and ride are much improved. Kevin Browning and his team at G & M Auto have been great caretakers of my cars for years. They have provided courteous and comprehensive service, as well as good proactive advice that has helped me to make educated decisions about the necessary repairs and costs involved. They really do own up to their motto "Get it Fixed Right!" and have been very diligent in their problem solving, making sure that everything that was a concern to me had been resolved to my satisfaction. It's too early to give any comments now let me drive few hundred miles then I'll be able to give any comments. So far everything seems to be OK.

Had a terrific experience with them. I live in Arizona and bought a car in California that needed major engine repairs. I was told by one mechanic it needed a new engine yet they were able to repair it without having to replace it. The owner and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and responded very quickly to me with any questions. He worked with me as far as being out of state and was able to keep my car until I was able to get to California to pick it up at no extra charges. I highly recommend this establishment. The reason I chose to go with him was they had previously repaired another car for me about six years back with the similar issues from Kia, as far as the dealership telling me I needed a new engine when I actually did not. Dependable Car Care definitely saved me a lot of money and they also gave me a warranty for 36,000 miles or three years whichever comes first.

Took them over two weeks for the repairs. Asked them to keep us updated, but never did. Only when we called did we find out about delays parts needed to be ordered, etc. $5K worth of work, I think it's okay to expect to be treated a bit more professionally.

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

The work was completed quickly and had no problems.

I recently brought my car in to Chuck Mercier Union 76 because it didn't pass the smog test. I spoke with Gary, and told him my situation. He was more than willing to help me out. He fixed the problem and my car ended up passing the smog test. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to cars. My family and I have been coming to this place for years and the service has been nothing but wonderful! If anyone is trying to find a good mechanic, try this place out. You won't regret it.

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. While waiting outside, they got a chair for me to sit in, so that was nice, too. Chris Morris
