They never called with status as promised. I made an appointment for 8 and the guy said we’ll have room around 10 to look at it. So why did I make an appointment for 8. How about an appointment for 10? Then they said there were all these other issues that would cost thousands of dollars. Really??? I took it to a reputable mechanic and he said most of it was for them to make money. I will never go there again and would not recommend. If I wasn’t in a time crunch and knew the first about cars I would have left. Lesson learned.

I live in Arizona and bought a car in California that needed major engine repairs. I was told by one mechanic it needed a new engine yet they were able to repair it without having to replace it. The owner and his mechanic are very knowledgeable and responded very quickly to me with any questions. He worked with me as far as being out of state and was able to keep my car until I was able to get to California to pick it up at no extra charges. I highly recommend this establishment. The reason I chose to go with him was they had previously repaired another car for me about six years back with the similar issues from Kia, as far as the dealership telling me I needed a new engine when I actually did not. Dependable Car Care definitely saved me a lot of money and they also gave me a warranty for 36,000 miles or three years whichever comes first.

Super fast service, friendly staff and no pressure or upselling to do more to my car. Very trustworthy place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good mechanic!
