HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT MARIO'S AUTO BODY & DETAILING POOR SERVICE They failed to complete my job as they said they would. They were supposed to repair 3 dents and they only repaired 2. On the 2 that they did repair, there was a very apparent scratch on one. They tried to show me the repair job after dark by using flashlights. They told me to bring it back in on the following Monday to finish the final dent. I brought my car in and no one was there. Not a single person at their shop. Then, on 5 more separate occasions, I brought my car in only to have them tell me to come in on another day. I finally asked for a refund on the remaining balance of my job. They would not give me the full amount because they “already used the paint.” Mario yelled at me. On the day of my refund, I walked into their building and was passed by another angry, clearly dissatisfied customer. ILLEGITIMATE OPERATION They gave me a $300 discount on an $1,800 job because they didn’t want to pay “credit card charges.” That’s a 16.7% discount while credit card processing companies typically charge <3% to process for small volume companies. They use a check cashing service rather than depositing the money directly into a bank account. Their reasoning was that they were “victims of identity theft.”

I became a customer for life for two reasons, Customer Service and Price. I've been to many repair shops in So Cal over the years and have yet to ever experience the utter dedication to a customers real needs. Not only the value, but the quality of that value. I don't know how they do it in this day and age, when anywhere else charges 30%-40% even 50% higher in labor. JT's Automotive offer the best labor rates I've honestly ever come across, and trust me I'm not one to write reviews. In fact I would rather keep the best kept secret for auto maintenance & repair in Ventura County to myself (because who enjoys waiting for anything...). However, I feel that I owe it to this shop to let people know how unbelievably cool it is to have a place to take my vehicles without any concern for anything. I know it will be done right, and fast, and for the best price anywhere. Hats off to all those guys over there, they make things not feel so bad, in an age of high priced everything... keep it up man!

NO RESPECT FOR ANY PERSON'S PROPERTY ! Maxxo mobil auto detailing came to my home in Oxnard for a full works detail service. Turned out to be a horrific experience. These guys damaged my Porsche severely leaving wax on so long that my paint job is trashed. Also put a huge scratch under the door handle. Not to mention a horrible, permanent odor left behind on the interior. Needless to say the owner completely refused to accept responsibility. My lawyer is handling it for now. Would give zero stars if possible.
