I ordered a part yesterday and called today asking where my receipt and tracking was. I was told to email them (after asking if I had a pen and paper available) tried sending an email and the email address was phony. I called back and the next lady I spoke to said no supervisor was available there was nothing I could do. If I didn't already order the part I'd sell my in dash dvd and never be bothered with this company again!!

I went in to get an issue looked at on my honda civic and the customer service was awesome. The guys there are easy to talk to and arent pressuring you to buy something. They answered all my questions regarding my stereo and I even eneded up upgrading my stereo system for a CHEAP price compared to all the other shops I've looked at in anahiem and santa ana. I highly recommend this place and am planning on coming back for an alarm system. PS all there speakers and stereo's are all current models and yet the prices where amazing. Im big on comparing prices to those online so I know a bargain when I see one... Thanks Car Stereo And Alarm for everything, you have indeed earned a loyal customer
