can not do the work they say they can and charge for parts that they h... read more can not do the work they say they can and charge for parts that they have taken out to work on and then they brake after they work on it and send me a bill for the things they are responsible for after working on them i will never send anyone or go back to this shop
I bought a 1972 Monte Carlo from these guys at their monthly Public Au... read more I bought a 1972 Monte Carlo from these guys at their monthly Public Auto Auction. I bought 3 cars so 2 had to be Transported by them and I drove the 3rd one home. The Monte Carlo has Hydraulics, and since their also a Towing Co. they assured me they wud carefully tow it over 100 miles to my residence for $85. So when they arrived I noticed the guy having difficulty getting the Monte to lift up off of the trailer. I then noticed smoke starting to billow out under the panel on the dash where the switches to the Hydraulics were located. Next the driver started DRAGGING my car off trailer. So I started screaming at the guy to stop. He pretended he cudnt speak english well and mumbled that the guys at the yard had been playing with the hydraulics since I left the vehicle! So the batteries that lift the car were dead.I told him not to touch the car again and that my boys wud come out and get it off the trailer. After I realized that now the car was leaking a considerable amount of Hydraulic fluid, and you cud see a trail of it behind the car running down his trailer.So I began trying to contact the Orland Auction Owner, TONY. I called several times and the staff said he wud call me back, well he NEVER did.So I am stuck with a screwed up 1972 Monte Carlo that they basically RIPPED ME OFF for $4600. I will have to replace the whole Hydraulic system since they burned it up. They jumped it up and down so much that one of the selenoids in the trunk tipped over and burned a hole thru one of the Hydraulic hoses. One of the rear wheels is bent outward from being pounded up and down too much. And I still havent been able to get the car up off of its skid plate in the middle of my driveway. So its still sitting there gathering dust. Being that they r listed as a towing Co. also, I wud hav thought they shud know what their doing! NOT. So needless to say I wudnt recommend this establishment to ANYONE and give them 1 Star (and thats too many!). So if u do deal with Tony and his group
