Patrick was fantastic. He found the issue and did a full inspection. He saved me money by recommending some needed additional maintenance needed in the same part of the engine. I appreciate that this was recommended, but not pushed. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. He also found an issue with my tire that I didn't even notice. I was probably a few miles from a blow out. Repairs were quick and fair in price. My car was washed and cleaned upon picking it up which speaks volumes about their care for their customers. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. Everyone there is professional....polite, easy going. The guys there are on it!...your in and out! I highly recommend this location.
