Howard and Chad always take care of me. They are totally dependable, honest, and capable. No baloney. They are not the cheapest place in town, but you get what you pay for, and they always stand behind their work.

I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. You might find a better price, but remember the old saying...You get what you pay for!

When rating something you don't know a great deal about and whose quality is not immediately apparent, like auto repair, pretty much the entire experience is based on the honesty of the person you deal with, and the price. Watch out for this shop. The owner, Charlie Qu is a hustler. He does not want me to buy my auto parts at Napa Auto. Charlie said that Napa parts are all made in China. I had my client repair her car to Advanced Auto Service to repair AC. Charlie promised my client heaven and earth. It took 2 weeks for Charlie to fix the car and made everyday promises that it was going to be fixed.

My Mercedes 2003 c240. The whole front end was busted. Conrtol arms, bushings, etc. I took it in, and the work was fantastic! My car came back clean, and running smooth! I'll be back for my shocks and hoses my car needs. I'm super happy with the service! Happy I found someone I can trust, and knows my Mercedes. YAY!
