I had oil on the side of my car and on the driver mat. The service rep Jim was rude and this was not the first time. I called and asked for a manager to call me back with no response. Lack of response screams volumes.
Don't waste your time and money at this business. People working ther... read more Don't waste your time and money at this business. People working there are very rude and obnoxious. Used foul language on customer. If they don't want or need my business, all they have to say is that we don't fix your kind of bike or we are busy....but don't be a dick about it. Need to fire that dude with the mohawk.
