The owner told me that the brakes another shop had put in my car were really cheap and that’s where the noise was coming from as they had worn out quickly. He didn’t try to upsell me or say there were other expensive things wrong with my car. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Problem solved! The noise was gone and I feel much safer now. I will definitely be going back for any other car need in the future. Plus they have a really nice clean waiting room with coffees and super comfy seats. So happy I found this place!
I have been a long time customer and they took care of me a couple yea... read more I have been a long time customer and they took care of me a couple years ago. Having said that, I have never been so screwed over by a company. Trusting them to fix my car and save me money, I left it with them on a Monday morning. Then I rented a car and waited. Wednesday I call to find out the status and they STILL have not even touched my car. I ended up renting a car for 8 DAYS. $300 later, (cost of car rental), they STILL had not gotten around to fixing my car. So I picked it up today and drove it over to VW in Roseville. They quoted me $400 to fix my car in about 24 hours. So THANKS roseville engine, for doubling my cost of fixing my car. OMG don t ever take your vehicle to this location.
