They quoted me $65 for the tow over the phone. On the internet they advertised $85 an hour on labor. It seemed a little high but I was willing to pay a little extra if it meant my car was fixed promptly and professionally. They never called me when my car was done, I had to call them. They charged me $75 for the tow and $95 an hour for labor. They charged me 1.5 hours of labor to replace a fuse and replace a wire that had gone bad. When my car initially broke I had a feeling it was the alternator but they assured me my car was running great after the repair. I paid them $236 for a tow, $6 in parts and an hour and a half of labor. My car broke down 4 hours later. They gave me a free tow back to their shop (which was the least they could do) and assured me they would fix it quickly and for a fair price. It took them two days to replace the alternator. They charged me $277 for the alternator and $190 for two additional hours of labor. I told them that the price for the alternator was too high. I informed him I found brand new alternators for my car for as little as $100 and as high as $180 but $277 seemed way too high. He said if I didn't like it I could leave without the vehicle. Long story short they received $710 to tow my car, change a fuse, change one wire, and replace the alternator. I informed them that I felt I did not receive adequate service for the amount of money I paid and they were not interested in trying to remedy the situation. They were extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anybody.
