You guys rock! You picked up the car from our home, took care of biz, texted me a pic of an update. I called and told me that the running light actual holder/bracket burnt out. All in all, still $100 to repair about and you guys dropped it back in the afternoon. Super nice, super convenient with all that's going on with quarantine. Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. I can't say enough about Bill's. They are truly amazing. We're all too aware of the horrible reputation "auto shops" have had for years and we're also turned off by the grotesque price gouging you get from dealerships. Neither of these realities pertains to Bill's Quality Auto. These guys are Top Notch. They maintain the highest AAA Standards and the community just loves them. I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. I brought my 2007 VW Jetta in to Volkswagen Santa Monica with serious brake issues. Their estimate for "Premature Rotor Damage" was over $1000. I took it over to AE German, and had it fixed quickly for nearly half the price. I will be coming back next time I need a mechanic and stop waiting my time with over priced cheaters.

My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

I brought in my BMW 530i and received marvelous service. I had a chance to speak with one of the mechanics when I first brought my car in, and he was very attentive and on top of things. Throughout the whole process Swiss Motors kept me updated on the scope of work and the cost. When they found issues in addition to the main problem I brought my car in for, they let me know what it was, how important it was to fix, and what the cost would be. I never felt at all pressured to add anything, and I never felt like I was being upsold - all that Swiss Motors cares about is getting your car fixed efficiently and cost effectively, and keeping you updated every step of the way. I needed a rental in the meantime while my car was being repaired, and even though Swiss Motors doesn't offer loaner cars there is a Hertz super close by that worked out just fine. And ever since I got my car back from Swiss Motors it has been running like a dream.

These guys got me a good price on a pair of new tires. Install on what looked like it turned into a busy Friday afternoon took about an hour. Rachel Ann Pierce
