They never called with status as promised. I made an appointment for 8 and the guy said we’ll have room around 10 to look at it. So why did I make an appointment for 8. How about an appointment for 10? Then they said there were all these other issues that would cost thousands of dollars. Really??? I took it to a reputable mechanic and he said most of it was for them to make money. I will never go there again and would not recommend. If I wasn’t in a time crunch and knew the first about cars I would have left. Lesson learned.
Brought in my car because of leak causing smoke, diagnosis with multi... read more Brought in my car because of leak causing smoke, diagnosis with multiple leaks, but one was the culprit, fixed a leak that wasn't causing the smoke, 25miles later brought it back in for the SAME issue, was told that it was a different leak, but coming from the same place (very questionable). Seems like the traditional mechanic shop trying to get as much out of it as possible. Prices charged are comparable to dealers. I feel cheated, and will not return or recommend. I live in the area and wanted to do local business.
My 05 Corolla engine had been shaking, causing some pretty heavy vibra... read more My 05 Corolla engine had been shaking, causing some pretty heavy vibrations when idling or just in Park. They diagnosed that all my mounts needed to be replaced. Went ahead and had them replaced, got it back and engine is still shaking, it’s just a bit quieter now but still very apparent. 1250 bucks later. I didn’t bother bringing it back because a) I can’t afford it especially for another possible misdiagnosis and b) those mounts had to be replaced even if it didn’t fix the issue I brought it in for. Just gonna take the L and move on. Great customer service though.
