The dealer low balled Me & He took a 8 hour job to four hours . The factory set the HVAC actuators to the wrong pressure ! Tim re-set the actuators In The Body Control Module (BCM) after he was done . We now have heater & A/C back again .Tim is a Get Her Done kinda GREAT mechanic! Thank you so much ! They identified future work, but did not proceed with the work!! I appreciate that. They will get all my business.

I had a problem with a stuck bolt on my battery terminal and was dreading taking it to a mechanic expecting overpriced labor and hassle. Automedic has changed the way I view Auto Shops. They quoted me at $50-$100 over the phone which I thought immediately was reasonable and in my price range. When I got there the technicians were very friendly and started working on it right away. I was out the door in 30 minutes and was only charged $35 dollars. Fair, Honest, Fast and friendly. I would defiantly recommend this to friends and family.

Referred to Family Auto Care by CarMax since they were booked throughout the month. Was impressed by the service Nicole and Sean provided. Very understanding to my situation and was able to offer me a drop off and a pick up ride to and from their shop. Very polite and professional.
