We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

Today I went in So I can get a custom job done for my vehicle which is an Infiniti FX 35. What I wanted was to keep my Stock Screen that came with my Car so I can keep my navigation system and to keep control of my air conditioner and more. I got good advice on where that screen could go on this custom built and so I decided to remove the cupholder section and replace it with the stock screen and where the screen used to be the new Double din pioneer 2800 BS was installed. The end result turned out amazing I love it just how I pictured it I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience was great.. I'm talking about great customer service , hard-working and well knowledge people working here. After the job was done I went home satisfied but I had one thing in mind I decided to contact other audio places nearby and the prices were ridiculous.
