Please refer to my Yelp review regarding my Lexus IS250 with mismatched parts amongst other things from this establishment. Mark's response was that my review was "unjustified" and "exaggerated." The only thing "exaggerated" here Mark, is the exorbitant prices you tried to bill the insurance for "used" parts. I'm certain I am not 'first' customer you've done this to. Fortunately for me, I know the car business well enough not to have been taken advantage of. If you are going to run a business Sir, do it with integrity. And DO NOT ATTEMPT to make is seem as I don't know what I'm talking about. My concerns are VALID and I have documentation to back my concerns. My question to you is: Why the need to apologize for "not meeting your expectations?" As you put it. And why wait 4 months to reply?
