I ordered an in-dash system to be installed and charged materials plus labor on my credit card. I scheduled installation for several days later. The next day, I changed my mind and cancelled the order, but JT refused to credit back my credit card for over $1000. I am still trying to get my money back. This is not an ethical company, folks. I would avoid them unless you like to donate your money to them and get nothing in return.

Dishonest business. I bought a set of wheels and tires - 24" They vibrated on the first day, while going 55 mph. The manager - Ross- told me that the tires(brand new) did not have warranty, but I could BUY another one. Don't do business with them.
