Incompetent, Dishonest and Rude
Mis-diagnosed my GE Monogram refrigerator issue. 

They refused to come out and diagnose the problem again after it was evident what they said was wrong, wasn't. They said they wouldn't do any other repairs until they fixed repaired "the first problem" first. Really? Let's just keep repairing different things till they get it right was their solution??  After I told them I would do no such thing and I demanded my money back, they said they would refund my service call only if the authorized GE repairman claimed otherwise.  GE came out, said it was something completely different, confirmed what they said was the problem was not.  J&H still didn't refund me their service call fee even after I provided the statement from the GE repairman. In the process they were rude and absolute jerks.
