They are honest, and straight up, and will go the extra mile for you. They dont do way in depth stuff but it is amazing the things they are willing to do. These guys (in slo) make up for all the bad shop experiences you may have had...I could tell a few myself. Remember the day when your local service station would check your oil ... read more Remember the day when your local service station would check your oil and your tires and inspect your hoses? Not only do we not have someone doing that for us, but we don't have the time to do it ourselves. I have my car serviced regularly at German Auto, and they take care of my car so I don't have to worry about it. They check my oil and my tires and fix anything that needs to be fixed, from brakes to timing belts, to a new radiator. They have talented mechanics who know what they're doing. Because of German Auto, I do only what I want to do with my car, which is DRIVE it. Thanks, German Auto, for making my life easy!!!!
