They always tell you exact ally what is wrong with your automobile, and you can believe that is the truth. They stand behind their work. They are respectful, attentive and courteous. My 1982 Toyota had failed smog, and other repair shops were unwilling to diagnose what was the matter so I could have her fixed and comply with smog requirements. Tito's took the time to do a comprehensive diagnostic, recommend repairs at a reasonable rate, and fix her. He provided all the necessary paperwork for the STAR station, to ensure I am compliant. "Old-fashioned" customer service, courteous and helpful, I would recommend him highly.
