As soon as the mechanic arrived we got a price quote, and promptly began working on our vehicle. The time went over what was estimated but the price did not. He was very thorough and explained everything that was happening with our vehicle. We liked the transparency when with the large bay window looking into the shop. The dealer low balled Me & He took a 8 hour job to four hours . The factory set the HVAC actuators to the wrong pressure !
